1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Our products

OJAS sells digital products only: high-resolution desktop wallpapers, sold individually or as themed collections ("Drops"). No physical goods are shipped. Each product page describes the files included, the resolution (typically 3840 × 2160), and the supported devices.

We try to show artwork as accurately as possible, but colours and detail can vary with your display, its calibration and its settings.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway partner. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets, as supported by the gateway.
• We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. These are handled entirely by the payment gateway under its own security standards (including PCI-DSS).
• We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and fully refund any amount paid.

5. Order confirmation and delivery

Once payment succeeds, you will receive an order confirmation and a download link by email, and on screen where available. Delivery timelines and download limits are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Licence to use

When you buy an OJAS wallpaper, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download the files and use them as wallpapers on devices you own or personally use.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or give away the files, whether free or paid;
• upload the files to wallpaper sites, file-sharing services, marketplaces or public repositories;
• use the artwork in commercial work, merchandise, print, advertising, NFTs, or as training data for AI or machine-learning models;
• remove watermarks or metadata, or claim the artwork as your own.

All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property in the artwork, the OJAS name, logo and Site content remain the property of OJASDESIGN. Purchase transfers a licence to use, not ownership.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly, sales are generally final. The specific cases in which we do refund, and how to request one, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content at scale, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Email and WhatsApp communication

If you join the OJAS drop list, we will send you launch and product updates by email, and by WhatsApp if you give us your number. You can unsubscribe at any time. Transactional messages about your orders are not marketing and will still be sent.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify OJASDESIGN against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products or Site.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY], India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Purchases are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
