Shipping & Delivery
Last updated: 24 October 2026
OJAS sells digital products only. Nothing is physically shipped. Your wallpapers are delivered by download link, usually within minutes of payment.
1. No physical shipping
All OJAS products are digital wallpaper files. No physical item is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses involved.
2. How delivery works
- Complete your payment through our secure payment gateway.
- Once payment succeeds, a download link is shown on the confirmation screen, where available, and sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- Download the file (a .zip archive containing your wallpapers) and set them on your Mac or Windows device.
3. Delivery time
Delivery is instant in most cases, and always within 24 hours of a successful payment. If you have not received your download link after 24 hours, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order or transaction ID.
4. Download access
- Download links stay active for at least 30 days from purchase.
- If your link expires or you lose your files, email us with your order ID and we will reissue the link free of charge.
- Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by a mistyped email address, though we will help you recover your order once you contact us.
5. Delivery area
Because delivery is digital, our products are available to customers anywhere with an internet connection. Payments are accepted in INR through the methods supported by our payment gateway.
6. System requirements
Files are supplied in standard image formats (JPEG/PNG) at up to 3840 × 2160 resolution and work on macOS, Windows and most other devices that support custom wallpapers. You will need software that can open .zip files, which is built into macOS and Windows.
