We collect only what we need to deliver your wallpapers and keep you updated on drops. We never sell your data, and we never see or store your card details.

1. Who is responsible for your data

This policy explains how OJASDESIGN ("OJAS", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information through ojasdesign.shop. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Drop list sign-ups: your email address and, if you choose, your mobile number with country code.
Purchases: your name, email address, phone number and order details, which we need to deliver your files and send receipts.
Support requests: anything you include when you email or message us.

Information collected automatically

Device and browser type, IP address, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and banking credentials are entered directly with the gateway and are never received or stored by OJAS. We receive only a transaction reference, the payment status and the amount.

3. How we use your information

to process your order and deliver your download links;
to send order confirmations, invoices and support replies;
to send drop announcements and product updates you signed up for;
to prevent fraud and keep the Site secure;
to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it;
to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

Payment gateway providers, to process transactions;
Hosting, email and messaging providers, to run the Site and deliver files and messages;
Analytics providers, to measure traffic in aggregate;

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is typically up to 8 years. Drop list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

The Site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects you.

8. Your rights
